Specialist Counselling Psychologist offering CBT and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) to individuals and couples from adolescence to adulthood.
In-person appointments in Wimbledon SW19 or video consultations.

- addressing unhealthy relationships and changing interaction patterns;
- forming and maintaining satisfying and healthy interpersonal relationships;
- creating more compassionate, coherent and positive self-esteem;
- processing and overcoming painful feelings of grief and bereavement;
- improving communication and intimacy in romantic relationships;
managing anxiety, tackling procrastination and perfectionism.
