About me

I am an HCPC-registered clinical psychologist in London with over 10 years experience of working in different mental health settings, including NHS services, prisons and private hospitals. I believe passionately in the reparative power of relationships and work collaboratively with clients to support their innate capacity for healing and growth. Empathy, authenticity and playfulness underpin my approach to therapy.

I have worked with children and adults from a wide range of backgrounds with different beliefs, needs and relationships to therapy. I take a curious and non-judgemental stance to ensure the therapy is tailored to your personal values and goals.

I specialise in supporting children and adults who have experienced losses, disruptions or trauma in their relationships, and who may as a result struggle with trusting other people, fears of abandonment or high levels of shame (a view of the self as bad). While I draw on and integrate a number of therapies, my main therapeutic approaches are EMDR, Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy and parenting interventions.

I currently see clients online only.
