About me

Does life sometimes feel like a struggle? I'm here to provide support as we explore your thoughts and feelings. I offer a safe space where you will be treated with warmth and empathy, and be really listened to without judgement. Together we can empower you to navigate and overcome your challenges.

Counselling isn't just about the heavy stuff; it's your chance to chat about whatever's on your mind. Feeling a bit jittery, sad, stressed, or just fed up? Let's work together to look at things from a different angle and figure out solutions for those lingering worries.

I believe that the most important aspect of counselling is that it feels like a collaboration between you and me and that you feel comfortable, safe and supported within the therapeutic relationship.

I predominantly work in a client-centered way in which I focus on what you would like to bring to your sessions to talk about. Within this basic framework, I may draw on different models of counselling that I feel would be helpful for you. I specialise in working with neurodivergent people and those seeking to explore their possible neurodiversity.

I have helped and supported clients with the following issues in the past: abuse, trauma, bullying, stress and anxiety, depression, work-related issues, infertility and miscarriage, eating disorders, relationships, domestic violence, parenting, OCD, suicidal thoughts and many other issues as well. I also have personal experience of parenting Autistic children.
