About me

I am a registered and accredited member of UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy) and I work within the UKCP code of ethics. I have over 10 years� experience of working with clients with a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, phobias, panic attacks and relationship/sexual issues.
I offer a safe, confidential, caring and supportive space where together we can explore the things that concern you, help you to make sense of what is happening and find ways to move forward.
Therapy is a way of getting help and support in your life and is a space for you to talk about things which you can�t tell anyone else so that you can start to make changes.
I use a range of approaches in my work and bring together those ways of working that best suit your needs. This can mean working in a short-term, focused way; learning about feelings and moods in relation to life events; understanding what contributes to feelings of depression and anxiety and developing ways to increase resilience and self-esteem.
