About me

I am a BACP accredited member and COSRT registered Psychosexual Therapist, Clinical Supervisor, Counselling Tutor and EMDR Practitioner with 14 years experience supporting individuals and couples struggling with sexual and relationship difficulties. I have a real passion for the work I do and I�m committed towards helping individuals and couples to work through their issues in a safe and non-judgemental environment.

I have worked with clients struggling to rebuilding intimacy in a relationship, survivors of rape, sexual violence, childhood sexual abuse and hypersexuality. I am kink aware and take a respectful sex positive approach to compulsive sexual behaviours and pornography use. I also work with a variety of sexual dysfunctions including loss of desire/mismatched libidos, genito-pelvic pain, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation and delayed ejaculation.

Working in a fully inclusive way, I am supportive of all forms of gender, relationship and sexual diversity. Appraochable and straightforward, I offer an empathic and caring space for you to explore your sense of sexual self, understand past influences and work towards finding new ways to approach this aspect of your life.
