About me

I offer integrative psychotherapy/counselling both in person and online. I work in person from 2 locations in London (NW10/NW6).

I am also a qualified yoga and meditation teacher and have a background of teaching cultural theory to creative students in Higher Education before retraining in my current profession.

I have worked in a full time private practice for 5+ yrs.

Areas of interest

I work with adult individuals. I can help with a range of difficult life experiences: a significant bereavement/loss; work stress/anxiety; low mood/depression; relationship issue with partner/friend/family; health/life stage such as menopause, fertility.
