About me

I am a HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist with 20 years of clinical experience. I work with adults presenting with a broad range of mental health difficulties including those relating to trauma (including complex PTSD), depression, anxiety, coping with long-term health conditions, worry/stress, loss/bereavement and relationship difficulties. I work integratively, drawing on models such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy.
