About me
I am a HCPC-registered Counselling Psychologist with extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults across a range of settings. I offer both in-person appointments in Berkshire and flexible online sessions to suit your availability and preferences.
I specialise in supporting individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, eating difficulties, trauma, PTSD, and other emotional struggles that impact mood, relationships, and daily life. I also work with those navigating life transitions, identity issues, and neurodiversity-related challenges, helping people better understand themselves and develop healthier ways of coping.
My approach is person-centred and collaborative, creating a safe, non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. I draw from a range of evidence-based psychological therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Psychodynamic approaches, and Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), tailored to your individual needs and goals.
Together, we will explore the root of your difficulties, build emotional resilience, and work toward meaningful and lasting change. Whether you are seeking short-term support or longer-term therapy, I aim to help you move forward with greater self-awareness, confidence, and balance.
