About me
I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with over 30 years of experience supporting clients. My particular clinical interests are in trauma, anxiety, and making sense of neurodiversity (autism and adhd). I work collaboratively with clients to help them understand their experiences and build resilience. I aim to build a therapeutic relationship that is warm, thoughtful, and empowering. I am very down-to-earth, and I hope to make you feel understood from your very first session.
I trained in South Africa in the late 1990s and have worked across a variety of settings in SA and England, from Schools to charities to independent practice.
