About me

I am a BABCP Accredited CBT Therapist, EMDR Europe Accredited Practitioner and BACP Accredited Counsellor, with additional training in REBT. I have experience working with adults across a range of settings and supporting people with a wide variety of emotional, psychological and life difficulties.
My approach is warm, collaborative and evidence-based. I draw on CBT, EMDR, REBT and counselling approaches, adapting therapy to each person's individual needs, circumstances and goals. I aim to provide practical and effective support that helps clients understand their difficulties, develop helpful coping strategies, build confidence and make meaningful, lasting changes.
