About me

Jan is an Accredited High-Intensity Cognitive Behaviour Psychotherapist and Person-Centred Counsellor. She received her main training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) under the NHS�s Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) programme. Additionally, Jan holds a practitioner qualification as an Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Psychotherapist, offering specialised care for trauma and related issues. Jan is currently in the final stage of completing the Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy Teacher Training with East London NHS Foundation Trust.
