About me

I am an experienced, warm and compassionate, qualified psychologist trained at doctoral level offering individual psychological therapy to adults.

I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space, where you can speak freely about any issues affecting you and I am able to offer short-term and longer-term therapy depending on your specific needs.

Our first session will consist of an assessment, where we will discuss the issues that bring you to therapy and how best to approach them going forward.

My clinical experience spans a range of different services within the NHS in primary and secondary care as well as running my own private practice in East London.

I also offer Clinical Supervision to other therapists and have worked as a Guest Lecturer, Clinical Tutor and Director of Studies at key London universities on their Counselling Psychology doctoral programmes.

I work integratively and flexibly, by assimilating the most relevant and useful elements from specific models that I am formally trained in (CBT, psychodynamic psychotherapy and EMDR) and as such, I can offer the most helpful approach, tailored to the unique needs of each individual.
