About me

Hi, I am Silke. I have specialised in the diagnostic assessment of autism, ADHD and learning disability (Intellectual disability). I have worked in the NHS for over 26 years and have lead psychology services. I now work in private practice in Barnsley

It is important for me to listen and tune into your needs. I have an affirmative approach and will make adaptations to your needs as required.

I usually help to understand the nature of the difficulties and how they are maintained over the first 2 to 3 sessions and collect a bit of information about you and what your goals are. This will inform our treatment plan.

I greatly value how you are coping already and will work with you to build on your strengths and support you to meet your challenges.
