About me

I'm Rachel and I'm an experienced, warm and compassionate counsellor and clinical supervisor who works in person (in an office in Haworth), by phone and online with teenagers and adults.

I believe that a strong, safe relationship is the best place to explore both our past and our present experiences and the impact that these might be having on our current sense of wellbeing. I work with you in a non-threatening, non-judgmental way, at a pace that suits you, to help you gain insight and foster long term change.

Areas of interest

I work with a wide age range (13+) and with a diverse range of issues including anxiety, loss, trauma, attachment, abuse, work and relationship issues and ACEs (Adverse Childhood Experiences.). I have lots of experience of working with neurodivergent clients.
