About me

Psychotherapy and counselling is often called the 'talking cure'. People often value such help during a time of transition and change, crisis or loss when it is difficult to know 'what to do?'
I offer solution focused counselling, typically 6-8 sessions and longer term psychotherapy for more in-depth exploration.

I believe it is always possible to improve the way in which people tackle their problems and to use times of difficulty to make changes for the better.

I am an MUPCA Accredited, UKCP Registered Integrative Psychotherapist with more than 15 years experience. I am committed to providing counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.

Psychotherapy and counselling will clarify your understanding of yourself and your life circumstances. It may help you through a specific life crisis and in becoming better at handling difficult relationships. Together we shall explore what matters most deeply to you in life and tackle what is most problematic.

CBT strategies and techniques can help to reduce symptoms of stress, anxiety, panic and depression.
I work with individuals & couples on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.
