About me

I am a consultant clinical psychologist with extensive experience since qualification in 2009. I have provided psychological therapy in a number of specialist teams, which include specialist trauma, early intervention for psychosis, urgent care and inpatients.

Areas of interest

I work with adults (18+) on a one to one basis.

I have a specialist interest in PTSD/complex trauma; psychosis; anxiety disorders (OCD, panic, social anxiety, generalised anxiety); low mood; low motivation and specific difficulties such as excessive worry/rumination; and intrusive thoughts.

I have a particular interest in metacognitive therapy; narrative exposure therapy; eye movement, desensitisation and reprocessing; cognitive behavioural therapy; acceptance and commitment therapy; and compassionate mind therapy.
