About me

As an experienced integrative therapist, I draw on a range of different approaches tailored to your needs. I work with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, work, stress, identity, family history, trauma, self-esteem, negative thought patterns, feeling stuck, shame, unhelpful behaviours and self-beliefs, transition and loss.

Therapy can be a space to make sense of difficult and confusing feelings and to explore the challenges of finding ones place in the world. I work collaboratively with you to focus on your needs, so that together we can draw out your innate resilience and self-compassion. My approach is open-ended and client-focused, giving us time to develop a strong therapeutic relationship in which it is safe to explore your feelings and help you make sense of things.
