About me

Hi my name is Alan and a qualified counsellor who has helped more than 250 clients over 13 years. I believe counselling is a safe area for you to explore your thoughts and feelings and reflect on relationships and events in your life that has contributed to your current state of mind. This can be done either on a one to one basis in my informal comfortable counselling room or using technology such as Zoom or the telephone. When making contact if this goes to answer service please say BUPA and first name and will contact you back as soon as I am able.

The strength of this approach I believe to help you, the client, to look at past events, previous and current relationships and gives the opportunity to offload that may not be afforded elsewhere.

I believe the client has given the appropriate environment the power to change their own life and look at events and relationships with 'new eyes'.

I am based in rural Shropshire with ample parking. I am 10 miles from Oswestry, 20 miles from Shrewsbury and 30 miles from Chester.
