About me
I am an accredited Integrative Counsellor/Psychotherapist working in Swansea where I provide a confidential, accepting space to gently explore the challenges you may be facing.
Whether you need to untangle something unresolved from your past, or set fresh goals for the future, counselling is a valuable path to awareness and clarity. As an Integrative counsellor I am able to draw on a range of approaches to address your individual needs.
Maybe you are anxious or depressed. Maybe you are experiencing the remnants of trauma or abuse. Maybe you just want to get to know yourself better and reach towards achieving a more fulfilling life. In each circumstance I offer a warm, non-judgemental space to address each issue.
I have spent a great deal of my practice in the area of loss. Whether it�s the loss of a loved one, health, a relationship, of opportunities, even the loss of a sense of self. The changes loss can bring often leave us reeling and searching for direction. I have a broad experience of Trauma, Grief Therapy and Bereavement Counselling, as well as an understanding of the many other separations that may cause distress.
I am an accredited member of the BACP, and have been practicing for over 10years.
I undertake regular supervision, and endeavour to update my training and knowledge as an ongoing process.
