About me

I am an accredited and experienced Counsellor and I have been in practice for 7 plus years. I have worked in various settings such as mental health charities, Mind and Samaritans, in the occupational health and wellbeing sector and currently as a private therapist.� I am a warm and friendly therapist with a down to earth nature. I can help empower you to overcome a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief and loss, anger, burnout, feelings of overwhelm and being 'stuck in a rut'.

I provide a confidential, non-judgmental, safe space where you can feel comfortable opening up about your inner most thoughts and feelings, you will feel heard and seen. We may explore things like your relationships, your childhood, any bereavements/losses you may have endured, your self esteem, the impact of the pandemic on you or anything at all that you feel you need to gain clarity on or offload. I offer the conditions for you to deepen your understanding of yourself and your issues and guide you on proven self-help/CBT informed techniques that will help you cope with symptoms such as worry, overthinking, poor sleep, low-confidence, low-mood and low-motivation. I will offer insight and suggestions for you to consider and I will support you with goal setting, to achieve positive change and encourage you to reach your full potential.
