About me

I am a clinical psychologist with more than 20 years of experience working with adults, adolescents and children. I offer long- and short-term psychological treatments and consultations.

My clinical training was grounded in psychoanalytic and developmental theories, and I work with a variety of modalities, tailored to the needs of the individual: Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), Compassion Focused Therapy, attachment-based family therapy, mentalization based treatment, cognitive therapies and more.

Alongside my private practice, I work at the NHS in Child and Adolescent Mental Health service (CAMHS), providing psychological therapy for children and families, leading parenting groups and workshops, and providing consultation and training for teams in nurseries and schools.

I am registered as a clinical psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and am a member of The EMDR association UK. I offer therapy in English and Hebrew, and work with several insurers.
