About me

I am an accredited member of BACP and have a MA in psychotherapy and counselling. My client groups range from university students and professionals to people transiting into elder-hood as well as across diverse cultures. I use different approaches (such as CBT, psychodynamic, embodiment, dreams), tailoring therapy to your individual needs.

I have worked in private practice for several years. Before making a career change to become a psychotherapist, I worked in an international business consulting firm. Having experienced work stress and peer competition, I have helped many professionals work through their burn out, panic attacks, general anxiety and depression. I am currently working with clients from academics, high tech engineers and NHS employees, etc.

Whatever you find difficult to cope with, counselling is a safe space to help you untangle complicated issues/patterns and support you to restore your well-being so that you can make positive changes.

I work with adults from 18 years of age presenting issues including depression, anxiety, panic attacks; low self-esteem, isolation, loneliness; body image; cultural difference, cultural identity, sense of belonging; relationship issues (affairs, divorce, miscarriages, infertility, multicultural marriages); attachment, family relations; trauma, reconnecting with your body and feelings; mid-life, life transitions, finding new life directions/meanings; health anxiety, burnout, life-work balance; men's issues.
