About me

Charlotte is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist, with over 15 years experience working within a variety of NHS and private mental health settings. She specialises in the treatment of eating disorders and body image problems, and uses a range of evidence based therapeutic approaches in her practice. Charlotte has also worked in weight management and bariatric services, to provide specialist psychological assessment and treatment for people considering or undergoing weight loss surgery. More recently she led an NHS psychological service to support individuals undergoing combined orthodontic and facial surgery, and has a deep understanding of how appearance concerns can impact upon self esteem, well being and quality of life.
