About me

I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years' experience working in both NHS and private healthcare settings. I provide evidence-based psychological assessment and treatment for adults experiencing a wide range of mental health and emotional difficulties.

Alongside my specialist work in eating disorders and body image-related distress (including Body Dysmorphic Disorder), I have extensive experience supporting individuals with high levels of stress, burnout, and perfectionism, particularly in the context of demanding professional roles. I regularly work with clients who are high-achieving and self-critical, helping them to manage anxiety, reduce burnout, and develop more sustainable and compassionate patterns of thinking and behaviour.

I have worked extensively within NHS weight management and bariatric services, providing specialist psychological assessment and support for individuals considering or undergoing weight-loss treatment; including surgery and GLP-1s.

More recently, I led an NHS psychological service within a major London hospital supporting people undergoing combined orthodontic and facial surgery, and have a deep understanding of how appearance concerns, can impact upon self-esteem, well being and quality of life.

I work collaboratively with clients, tailoring evidence-based psychological therapies to their individual needs and goals, and supporting informed decision-making around treatment options.
