About me

I'm a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist based in Guildford, providing therapeutic services to young adults and adults aged 16 years and over. I have over twenty years experience supporting and working with adults from a range of diverse backgrounds providing psychological intervention and guidance for a broad spectrum of mental health issues. During my career I have worked mainly in general adult mental health and in addition have specialised in helping people cope with the impact of chronic illness and long-term health conditions.

My main therapeutic approaches are cognitive � behavioural therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), but I also draw upon other evidence-based therapies to inform and provide the most appropriate experience for you.

As a therapist I strive to ensure that the therapeutic space is a place where you feel safe so that we can explore and work through your concerns together. My service is focused on helping people make sense of their difficulties and build the skills they need to move forwards.
