About me

I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist and have been practising for over 20 years. I am qualified to work with all age groups.
The approach I use is integrative which means I use elements from different therapeutic approaches to inform my practice and support my clients.
When working with children I use a range of creative approaches, including art, sand, story-telling, play, music and drama.
