About me

I am an Integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor and an accredited professional with NCPS (National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society) and a registered member of BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy).
As an integrative counsellor I draw on a range of theories to support our work, including Psychodynamic, Humanistic, and CBT, as well as holding a tool kit of interventions to help you find your own resources to manage your issues. I recognise the crucial connection of body and mind and I have a particular interest in Mindfulness approaches and Somatic therapies.
I am a trauma informed therapist, working with individuals and various emergency and frontline services, including Lincolnshire Police and veterans experiencing PTSD and trauma. I have a commitment to ongoing professional development in this field.
My approach is holistic, genuine, and compassionate, and I work in a way that best suits your needs and at your own pace. I aim to support you to make sense of your experiences, develop a deeper understanding of yourself and empower you to overcome the challenges in your life, whilst nurturing your emotional health and wellbeing for the future.
Sessions are available in-person, by video call or email. I am fully qualified with additional training to work online.
