Welcome to my profile. I am an experienced and accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and therapeutic counsellor. All this means is that I work hard towards helping people live happier more meaningful lives. We do this by exploring ways in which to develop strategies that will help you to develop resilience, effective problem solving skills and stress management techniques. I work flexibly and creatively and in ways that ensure that you leave therapy knowing how to get 'unstuck' so that you can consistently and confidently ensure your needs are met in healthy ways and in ways that ensure you can maintain healthy, happy relationships with the people in your lives and reach your full potential.
