About me

My work as a counsellor is delivered online or face to face. I have supported clients experiencing anxiety, depression, bereavement and loss, domestic and sexual abuse, relationship and family issues, work-related stress and childhood difficulties and/or traumas. In my work I recognise everyones experience is different and it is important to put the client at the centre of their feelings and emotions. I use a variety of techniques from my training and experience, which include cognitive behavioural techniques and mindfulness. I am not there to fix the issues as such, but to be there alongside the client on their journey to discovering their own answers and potential.
