About me

I am a fully qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist, accredited with the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists)

My core training is in person centered counselling but I draw on a range of different counselling models and techniques to offer you support that is unique to you.

I work with a number of mental health problems. Often this is anxiety or depression, grief, stress or relationship issues. Until recently, I managed a bereavement counselling service which specialised in complex grief and traumatic loss. Working with bereavement remains a particular passion for me.

I offer zoom and telephone counselling as well as face to face. I have a purpose built counselling room located in my garden which is very private and comfortable.
