About me
My name is Jo, and I have been in practise since 2015. I work with adults on a 1:1 basis, and have experience of supporting people with anxiety and/or depression, grief, bereavement and loss, and trauma including developmental and PTSD and more. I hold an interest in working with people who have long-term medical conditions such as CFS/ME, and those who are neurodivergent (you may have an official diagnosis or self-diagnose). Please note that I am not able to diagnose you, but can work with you to explore the impact of your condition.
I work with clients on a short, medium, or long term basis, depending on what you may need, and draw upon several recognised theories in my work.
Please feel free to send me an email to discuss your needs.
I look forward to hearing from you.
