About me
My name is Jo, and I have been in practise since 2015. I work with adults on a 1:1 basis, and have experience of supporting people with anxiety and/or depression, grief, bereavement and loss, and trauma including developmental and PTSD and more. I hold an interest in working with people who have long-term medical conditions such as CFS/ME, long covid, arthritis, and those who are neurodivergent (you may have an official diagnosis or self-diagnose). Please note that I am not able to diagnose you, but can work with you to explore the impact of your condition.
I work with clients on a short, medium, or long term basis, depending on what you may need, and draw upon several recognised theories in my work. This enables me to tailor the therapy to suit you.
Please feel free to send me an email to discuss your needs.
I look forward to hearing from you.
