About me

I am a registered clinical psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and an accredited Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapist with the Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).

Areas of interest

I provide psychological assessments and interventions across the lifespan. I have expertise in treating a range of psychological difficulties, including Depression and Low mood, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Low Self-esteem, Social Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Specific Phobias, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Complex PTSD, Eating Disorders, Stress and Burnout, Specific phobias; Adjustment difficulties; Chronic Fatigue.

I integrate and draw on a range of psychological therapy approaches, such as Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT). I am very much guided by the client's needs.

I believe in the importance of building a collaborative and supportive therapeutic relationship. This will enable clients to feel safe exploring and developing an understanding of their experiences and difficulties.
