About me

I am a registered clinical psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

I have extensive experience delivering evidence-based psychological interventions across the lifespan and a wide range of mental health presentations, from mild to moderate concerns to severe and enduring conditions.

I value and respect individual differences, including personality, cognitive profiles, and psychological traits. Therapy is adapted to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring a personalised and effective approach. This includes working with people across the neurodiversity spectrum, including those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, and other cognitive differences.

Areas of interest

My clinical expertise includes supporting individuals experiencing, depression, generalised anxiety disorder (GAD), eating difficulties, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), specific phobias, panic disorder, social anxiety, sleep difficulties, and low self-esteem.

I also work confidently with clients presenting with co-morbid conditions. I have significant experience supporting those with neurodiversity and with adult clients who have experienced childhood adversity, Complex PTSD, PTSD and emotional dysregulation.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in current clinical research. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) informed approaches, trauma-focused therapies, and schema work, to support meaningful and lasting change.
