About me

I am a UKCP/MBACP registered Gestalt Psychotherapist, Integrative Supervisor and EMDR registered practicioner. I have been working in various therapeutic settings with adults, children and adolescents for the last twenty years both in private practice as well as a part of a multidisciplinary team in organisations.

I gained an MSc and Diploma in Gestalt psychotherapy from Middlesex University and Diploma in Psychotherapy from Metanoia Institute, London.
To deepen my professional practice I worked as one of the assistant tutors on a MSc in Gestalt psychotherapy course in Metanoia Institute and as a counselling therapist in a community school in west London. I also facilitated and co-facilitated workshops on stress reduction, mindfulness, embodiment and resilience.

I work with individual and couples.
