About me

Hi, I'm Nicole! I am a qualified, accredited CBT Therapist with over 20 years experience in the field of mental health, including 10 years in NHS mental health services. Are you feeling overwhelmed by depression, anxiety, or intrusive thoughts? Struggling with self-confidence? I am able to help by offering specific strategies that you can use in your daily life to manage thoughts and emotions and reduce stress.

With extensive experience in successfully treating depression, low self-esteem and all anxiety disorders - including social anxiety, OCD, generalised anxiety disorder, panic and PTSD - I am here to support you and work together with you to navigate these challenges. I offer both short and long-term therapy.

It can feel difficult reaching out for therapy for the first time. Please feel reassured that I always make it my priority to build an empathetic, trusting therapeutic relationship. I have a warm and non-judgemental approach and therapy will be tailored towards your specific needs and goals. Please do drop me an email with a brief summary of your current difficulties and let me know when you would be available for a free introductory call. I look forward to speaking to you!
