About me

I am very passionate about my work and what I love most is seeing my clients progress. Observing changes and seeing how good they feel within themselves is a wonderful journey to share. I offer support with all kinds of issues. You may be suffering with an anxiety disorder, depression perhaps, an issue within a relationship, an addiction or something else. Whatever your issue is, my aim is to spend time getting to know you, finding the root cause to your problem and any other factors that may have to be taken into consideration. Then, together we can work towards a solid plan for you to more you forward as an individual.

Aim and Focus
My aim and focus is to look at all the area�s in your life so that we can pay attention to your entire well-being. Life is very much about balance and finding that balance for you as a person is highly recommended.
During our sessions I will take notes so we are both able to reflect back and see how you are progressing. This also gives me a story to work with so I can share your journey. I will recommend how many sessions I feel you will need, depending on the issue you come to seek help for. Sometimes we may decide together to extend these sessions. It is always up to you to decide when to end your therapy.
I can assure you that everything we discuss is confidential and non-judgemental. My aim is to welcome you in with kindness, support you with knowledge and experience and guide you on your way to a happier future
