About me

I am a HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience working in NHS mental health services with people of all ages. I currently work part-time as a Clinical Psychologist in the NHS and I have completed additional training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (PGDip).

I have experience of working with people experiencing a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, low mood, trauma, low self-esteem, psychosis, stress and relationship difficulties. I am currently offering remote telephone and/or video call appointments.

I offer a flexible and integrative approach by drawing on a range of evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Narrative Therapy (NT) and Systemic approaches. I aim to work creatively and collaboratively to ensure therapy is tailored to your individual preferences, needs and goals.

I always aim to provide a warm, genuine, non-judgemental and safe space to help you to explore your difficulties and enable you to make meaningful change. I believe in the value of making sense of our current challenges in the context of our life experiences, and having the space to consider different perspectives and responses to the difficulties we face.
