About me

Experience
I am an experienced counsellor and have been qualified for 18 years. I have worked with an extensive and diverse range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma and abuse, work related stress and relationship issues.

I work in a relational way and will adapt the therapy to best fit your needs. I would like to offer you the opportunity to work through your difficulties and move towards a place of recovery and freedom.

Counselling
My aim is to provide you with a confidential and safe space where you can talk through your problems freely, sharing your concerns, thoughts and feelings and a place where you can feel heard, accepted, and comfortable exploring your situation.

I am able to offer counselling in person in my Office in Swindon SN2 or by video or telephone.

I am an Accredited Counsellor with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I am committed to continued professional development and attend regular courses throughout each year.
