About me

I am a qualified counsellor with over 18 years experience and accredited with the British Association of Counselling ad Psychotherapy.

I have worked with an extensive and diverse range of issues, including anxiety, depression and low mood, trauma, abuse, bereavement and loss, relationship difficulties and work-related stress. I work in a relational way and will adapt the therapy to best fit your needs.

I offer counselling within a safe and private space, where I hope you will feel able to speak openly and freely and share your concerns thoughts and feelings. We can explore the issues that you are facing and work together to help you move towards a place of recovery and freedom.

Alongside my training I have worked in several settings, including the NHS and a Counselling Charity, which have helped me to develop my knowledge and skills and led me to a particular interest in work with trauma.

As a counsellor trained in the Integrative model, I work in a relational way, drawing on different therapeutic approaches and adapting our work to fit your individual needs. These may include:

- Person-Centred Counselling
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Psychodynamic Therapy
- Creative Therapy
- Sensorimotor Psychotherapy

I am able to offer counselling in person at my office in Swindon or online. A combination of these options may also be possible, which can be helpful if you work shifts or travel regularly.
I work with clients from the age of 17.

I am committed to continued professional development and undertake further training throughout each year.
