About me

My name is Susie Webster, and I'm a fully accredited psychotherapist with both the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) and the EMDR Association. I provide online therapy nationwide and face to face sessions in Perth & Kinross, Scotland.

I have completed extensive training in both Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), two highly effective, evidence-based approaches for addressing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. Since 2015, I've worked with clients within both the NHS and private practice, as well as providing supervision for psychotherapy students and fellow therapists. My area of expertise includes issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, panic, low self esteem, anger, agoraphobia, OCD and phobias.

I'll work with you to shape an approach that fits your needs and background, often blending both CBT and EMDR. Together, we can focus on what matters most to you, whether that's processing past trauma, breaking free from unhelpful patterns, or building confidence and resilience for the future.

If you're looking to make wider changes in your life, I also offer cognitive behavioural and EMDR informed coaching. This is a more practical, forward-focused way of working that can help you grow personally and professionally so that you can move towards the life you want.
