About me

Welcome to Thriving Minds Psychotherapy.

I am an experienced Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and I offer a range of psychological therapeutic approaches. I am pleased to be able to provide therapy either face to face, or via an online format.

I have worked for over 20 years within NHS mental health services and I am currently employed in a busy NHS psychology team, delivering both individual, and group psychological therapy.

I understand that life can be extremely challenging and believe in offering a human approach, drawing upon empathy, warmth, and humour to help relieve your distress and support you to thrive and Live Life Fully.

I have experience of supporting people with a wide range of emotional and mental health conditions including:

anxiety; depression; low self-esteem; work related stress; phobias; trauma; bereavement; adjustment disorders, OCD; personality; and relationship difficulties.
