As a Clinical Psychologist & CBT Therapist, I bring specialised expertise in Eating Disorders and Chronic Disease Management, coupled with a passion for assisting those dealing with Mood and Anxiety Difficulties, Sleep Problems and Perinatal Mental Health challenges.

I'm committed to providing effective therapy in a time-efficient manner, informed by the latest evidence-based treatments. When working with clients I adopt a compassionate stance, adjusting my approach to reflect each individual�s unique experience, working collaboratively and creating a safe and nurturing space. I tailor treatment to meet client�s needs and to help them to be the best version of themselves. My diverse professional background includes roles in public and private health settings, in both inpatient and outpatient clinics in the United Kingdom and Australia.
