About me

As a BACP-accredited member, I specialise in working with grief and bereavement, which can manifest in many forms, including the loss of a child or a loved one. We also grieve for the endings of relationships, jobs, or homes. I can help you build confidence and self-esteem through coping strategies and by gently challenging unhelpful behaviours. This enables you to cope with what life brings and gain a deeper understanding of yourself throughout the process. Together, we will develop and refine the tools you need to thrive.

I offer specialised support to parents navigating the profound journey of child loss. I work with adults facing fertility challenges and those contending with the complex emotions associated with pregnancy after the loss of a child, including experiences such as miscarriage, termination for medical reasons, stillbirth, and neonatal death.

I provide compassionate assistance to parents who have lost a child, regardless of the child's age, whether they were young children, adolescents, or adults. My practice prioritises a gentle and personalised approach, tailoring sessions to move at your pace. Using a non-directive method, I empower you to take control of your therapeutic journey. Throughout our work together, I consistently demonstrate compassion and empathy, creating a supportive space for you to explore your emotions and experiences.

Additionally, I have extensive experience working with neurodivergent individuals, offering structured, straightforward sessions tailored to each person's unique needs. My goal is to ease anxieties and address presenting issues in a way that is effective and accessible for everyone, recognising that one-size therapy does not fit all.
