About me

I specialise in working with trauma, complex trauma and adverse experiences which result in emotional/interpersonal difficulties. I also work with substance use difficulties and neurodiverse groups. I work in an integrated and person-centred manner utilising interventions from a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches. If you feel stuck at the moment or notice yourself falling into familiar, negative patterns, I am here to support you.

In addition to therapeutic intervention, I provide specialist assessments for ADHD and Autism in adults and adolescents. I also provide post-diagnostic support.
