About me

My name is Chris Eliot and I run my private practice as an Integrative psychotherapist, counsellor and supervisor from my base in Alton. My work as an Integrative psychotherapist is underpinned by 30 years' experience of working in both the NHS and private sector.

I am a UKCP Registered Adult Psychotherapist and BACP senior accredited Psychotherapist/Counsellor.

I offer 'time-limited' and 'open-ended' longer term therapy dependent on needs.

I provide 'face to face' and remote sessions.

Areas of interest

I work with adults and specialise in trauma, grief and loss. I have a particular interest and expertise in working with women's health specifically related to pregnancy, fertility, and IVF treatment.

As an integrative practitioner I also utilise EMDR therapy ( Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) when working with client's trauma experiences.
