About me

I am a qualified and experienced integrative counsellor with a proven track record of helping people work through a wide range of issues. I value individuality, and I help people to value their own individuality too. I am person centred trained, but like to think of myself as an integrative therapist, as I am always led by the individual needs of my clients. I provide short- and long-term counselling with adults and young people in a professional, non-judgemental space where we can work through the confusing or distressing time and issues you are grappling with.
