About me

I work in an attachment informed manner which focuses on present issues and only touches on the past if required to make sense of present issues. I offer counselling and couple therapy also. I am a trustee of the International Attachment Network. I work on zoom or in person. Individual sessions last 50 minutes and I have a 48 hour or 5 day cancellation policy depending on the time of the appointment.
