About me

I am a Systemic Psychotherapist and EMDR Therapist, with 20+ years working with trauma and distress. I am registered with UKCP and a member of the EMDR Association and Association of Family Therapy.I work with adults and children. .

I work with families, couples and individuals and can offer the following therapies:

-Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR): I am trained to deliver both Adult and Child EMDR.
-Couples/family therapy
-Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP)
