About me

I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist with extensive experience of working in the cancer field, trauma, grief, loss, anxiety, depression and relationship difficulties.

Based in Nottingham I offer face to face, online and telephone sessions in Nottingham city centre on Regent Street and on Friday mornings in Beeston.

I provide a comfortable, safe and non judgemental space for clients to talk about their life, share their thoughts and express their feelings. In sessions we explore what is important to you and look at ways of improving your quality of life.

Areas of interest

Over the years I have supported people understand and manage their anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, sense of identity, loss, grief and past traumas.

I have worked extensively in the cancer field supporting anyone affected by cancer which can be the patient, family or friend of the patient.

Some clients have sought help understanding their identity, sexuality, attachment style and patterns of relating.
