About me

My name is Jenny and I am a fully qualified and BABCP-accredited CBT therapist working with Think CBT from Rochester, Kent.

I specialise in the treatment of anxiety and depression disorders and have over 10 years experience of working in the NHS and private sector. I have over 8 years of experience working at the NHS CBT service for the treatment of people with severe and complex depression and anxiety disorders, during which I took on additional qualifications to specialise in long-term health conditions (LTC) and couple therapy for depression.
